PROJECT TIMELINE

JUNE 2022

ESR (formerly LOGOS Property Group) began preparing its SSDA for the Augusta Street Warehouse and Distribution Centre. As part of this process, LOGOS prepared an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and various technical reports to inform the proposal.

JUNE 2023

ESR and Urbis Engagement sought feedback from neighbours and the community. This feedback was collated in a Consultation Outcomes Report, which was included in the SSDA submission.

Formal lodgement of the SSDA, including the completed EIS and Consultation Outcomes Report.

DPHI publicly exhibited the SSDA. At this time, the community was invited to provide formal submissions to DPHI.

DPHI reviewed the application and requested ESR prepare responses to the submissions received from government agencies and the community.

DPHI is reviewing the application and will make a decision on the planning application.

ESR and its appointed delivery partners are preparing for construction. This includes preparing a series of construction management plans for further DPHI approval.

If approved, construction will begin in early 2025.
